DHC Board is proposing changes to the bylaws.
These changes will be voted upon by the board during our Board Meeting, Sept. 16, 6pm. Email Ruth at ed@dishmanhills.org for directions.
These include: adding clarifying language about Name and office, purpose of the Organization, nomenclature for members to 'voting member,' clarification of donors, removal of members, and notice of meetings. Annual meeting time will change to last quarter of the fiscal year and board of directors terms and terms of service.
Article IV has added terms of service to run the calendar year, duties are reworded, nomenclature changes for clarity. Article V is reworked for terms of office and vacancies on the board. Article VI has an added length of time of notice.
