Happy Hearts Valentine's Day Hike

 We will be meeting at the Glenrose Trailhead at 10 a.m.

This Valentine's Day show some love to your heart. Join Nancy Ledeboer as she leads a hike up the Glenrose Trail and around the Flying L loop.  Enjoy being out in nature while taking care of your heath.

Where: 3700 S. Thierman Rd, Spokane WA 99223 (directions below)

When: Saturday, February 14 at 10 AM

Why: Show some love to your heart this Valentine's Day   

Hike Description: This hike is moderate for most with an elevation gain of about 700 feet.

Length: 4.5 mile.

Time: About 2 hours depending upon stops and the number of attendees.

We will walk in rain, shine, so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots. Bring water and a snack. 

Directions: This is off S. Glenrose Rd, east on E. 37th Ave., right on S. Eastern Rd. up the hill to S. Thierman Rd.
