Fun with Plants - Leisurely Hike

Hike to the ponds on an alternate trail (bypassing the Rock Part), then complete the Pine Cliffs Loop going through Enchanted Ravine.  Children are welcome if they can do the distance (about 2.5 miles with rocky trails and some uphill sections). Learn about the plants of Dishman Hills with some games and prizes. Bring along water and some snacks that are easy to eat at short rest stops. Meet at the play structure in the meadow.

Where: Camp Caro Lodge, 8602 E. Appleway Blvd  Spokane Valley, WA

When: Saturday July 18 7:30 am - 11:00 am 

Hike: roughly 2.5 miles 

Difficulty:  This will be at a leisurely pace enjoying the plant and maybe animal life. Approximately 226 feet elevation gain.
